The 63rd Annual Meeting of the Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis Research will take place from 27 February to 2 March 2019. With the theme “Science meets clinical practice”, the annual meeting will focus primarily on creating a bridge between preclinical and clinical research and the daily treatment of patients.
This programme shall not constitute the final scientific programme. Changes are continuously updated. The final programme will be published approximately 6 weeks before the congress. All participants who have indicated that they would like to get a copy will receive a printed version of the main programme on-site.
